When you order on our website you have delivery options:


If you order with GLS, the package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you. There is also insurance on the package and the goods you buy. The delivery time is 1-2 business days. 


It is also possible to order by PostNord for delivery at home, or delivery, then the package will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel box. The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

NOTE! The delivery time for the packages is excluding the processing time so if you need to use your goods before a specific date, just notify. 

Where is my package?

It is possible to track your package if you have ordered with GLS or PostNord. Once the package is shipped from the store you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking information. On the link you can follow your package. 

Did you not receive an email? Feel free to send us an email and we can send the link to you. Remember to specify your order number. 

If there have been errors in the address or GLS/ Postnord has been unable to hand over the package or the package will not be picked up, it will be sent back to the store after approx. 8 days. When we get packages back from GLS or PostNord, we contact the customer and credit the goods.

How do I send back?

Should you have received items you wish to return, you can send them back to the store and get the money back. The buyer pays for himself for the return of goods they have regretted. 

The shipment you decide for yourself, but if you send without tracking, we will disclaim the responsibility if the package does not show up with us. 

It is also possible to deliver the items you want to return to our physical store. Simply bring the products and the delivery note or other note with order number and product information.

How long does a return take?

The return process varies depending on the delivery of return to the store. When the products arrive in the store, the return will be credited the same day and the money will come back to your account in a few days. 

When returning products purchased in the store, it is only possible to get the money back at the amount of less than DKK 50. 

You can return your products for 30 days after purchase.

Change and cancellation of order

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice will not be sent by E-mail as soon as your order has been shipped from the store, but you welcome to contact us by email. e-mail or phone and we can submit it manually. 

How do I know my package is shipped?

You will receive an email when we have packed your order. In addition, you will also receive an email from either PostNord or GLS if you have ordered with tracking. Mail is probably in promotion.

You can't get the money back for gift cards and the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
