Warranty / warranty right
- As a consumer, you have two years of warranty, which means you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or reject in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified. Should the item be expected to break during the complaint period, the item must be sent to us.
- We do not cover other expenses associated with warranty or complaint.
Property conditions
- We reserve the ownership of delivered goods until the entire purchase price is paid fully.
Reservations and disclaimers
- We make reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out goods and force majeure, including labor conflicts and deficiencies or delay in deliveries from subcontractors, unless other consequences of the mandatory rules of Danish law.
Business customers
- If you are a business customer, the goods are not returned. (Supplies are defined as goods with a delivery time over 5 days). Stock items are charged a return fee of 30% (up to 14 days after purchase). After that, the item cannot be returned. Unless otherwise agreed, traders are granted only 12 months of right of complaint, as complaints must be made immediately after an error or deficiency is ascertained. Businesses have a duty to carry out such an investigation into a purchased product as a proper business use requires. Pursuant to section 245 of the Administration of Justice Act, the parties have agreed that any legal services between the parties should take place in the court in Copenhagen.
Delivery of order
- Once you have submitted a product order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which products you have ordered. You must be aware that the automatic response via email is not a legally binding order confirmation, thereby concluding an agreement. This is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order. We therefore have the opportunity to cancel the order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.

PAYMENT
- At Beadhouse of Copenhagen (BOC) you can pay with the most common credit cards, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa/Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and Maestro. The invoice amount will be deducted on your credit card when the goods are shipped. If the item cannot be delivered or rejected due to damage, etc. or if you use your right of withdrawal, the invoice amount for that item will be deposited into your account when BOC has received your returned goods.
Prices
- All prices are current prices and are updated regularly. Prices always appear incl. VAT, unless otherwise stated. Reservations are made for price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold -out goods and printing errors.
Shipping / transmission
- The shipping price will be stated before you approve your order. All items are shipped with GLS or Post Nord, and delivered a few days after shipment.
