With Beadhouse Do you have the option of returning your purchase for 14 days, after receiving

Christmas gifts can be returned until 31/01-2025

If you use our return portal, the return must be registered no later than 31/01-2025. If you use another shipping method, we must have received the return no later than 31/01-2025.

In the portal here you can easily buy a package label that you can use to return items that you have purchased at beadhouse.DK. You pay for your return shipment directly by credit card here in the portal.

Always remember to attach your order number.

The goods must be unused and in original packaging. If you want to switch to another item, you must first return the goods and we will return the amount*. You can then order a new order on the website.

New - Send Return Without Label:

Now it is possible to return without the use of label with PostNord and GLS.

PostNord: You will be sent a QR code by mail that you can show down in the parcel shop and then they print your label for you.

GLS: You will be sent a QR code by mail that you can show down in the parcel shop and then they print your label for you.

Of course, you can still use the regular method, even buy and print your label.

Return / cancellation:

  • Should you regret your purchase, all goods can be returned and the money, for the products, is returned. You have up to 14 days right of withdrawal, and this will be based on the day after the order has been sent off the store until the day before it arrives in the store.
  • Upon cancellation, you will be required to pay the return shipment yourself, or come down to the store with the order you would like to return. If you need to return, use the box as the item came in as PostNord drums envelopes and we do not credit defective or used items.
  • It is not possible to choose another card, or other payment method, to get repaid on, by products purchased and refunded over the Internet.
  • Your goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt.
  • You must send us a message about what you send back, as well as write the sender and possibly. Order number on the envelope.
  • Goods returned on demand are denied receipt and goods sent to parcel shop will be returned to you again.
  • You are thus responsible for the item coming back to the store.
  • Once we have received the return item in good condition, we credit the amount and return the amount to your account.

Defective items

  • We cover transport costs in connection with error -delivering goods. If you have a defective item, we encourage you to contact us. We will send a return slip/postage that you must put on the return package so that the shipment itself does not cost you anything. Copy of the order confirmation must be put in the box with the item. We obviously exchange and send a new item immediately when we have received the defective item unless otherwise agreed. It could e.g. be that you take a picture of the package that is destroyed, as well as the defective items.

Warranty / warranty right

  • As a consumer, you have two years of warranty, which means you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or reject in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified. Should the item be expected to break during the complaint period, the item must be sent to us.
  • We do not cover other expenses associated with warranty or complaint.
